a. The Backstage Insider contest (the “Contest”) will begin on May 27, 2008 at approximately 8am Eastern Time (ET) and end on September 25, 2008 at approximately 10am ET (“Contest Dates”). WYCD located at 26555 Evergreen, Suite 675, Southfield, MI 48076 is the contest administrator (“ADMINISTRATOR”). Buick Pontiac GMC Dealers located at 387 Shuman Boulevard, 150E Naperville, IL 60563 is the contest sponsor (“SPONSOR”).
b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via one of the following two methods:
(1) Attend one of the “Backstage Insider” casting calls and record a one minute audition video. There are two ways to attend a casting call:
(A) Starting on May 27, 2008 at 8am ET and ending on June 15, 2008 at 8pm ET or while Golden Ticket supplies last, visit any participating Buick Pontiac GMC dealers (see complete list at the end of these Official Rules) Monday-Friday during regular business hours to pick up a Golden Ticket available in the dealer showroom. Bring your Golden Ticket to a special two-day casting call on Saturday, June 7, 2008 and/or Sunday, June 8, 2008 from 10am-6pm ET at a TBD location. Golden Ticket holders who are not selected for an audition on June 7th, 2008 may try again on June 8th, 2008. Contestants must arrive at the casting call location no later than the specified time. Late arrivals will not be eligible. Contestants will line up at the casting call location in the order of arrival and asked to complete a casting call application form. On the application, enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, age and a valid email address. No mechanically reproduced tickets will be accepted for auditions conducted on June 7 and/or June 8, 2008. Holding a Golden Ticket does not guarantee an audition. Auditions will take place on a first-come, first-served basis, and will end promptly at 6pm. ADMINISTRATOR will no longer accept contestant applications approximately 20 minutes prior to the end of each of the two-day casting calls.
(B) Starting on June 9, 2008 at 7am ET and ending on June 15, 2008 at 9pm ET, ADMINISTRATOR will hold open casting calls. Complete information on the open casting calls will be announced on WYCD and posted on www.WYCD.com on June 9, 2008 at approximately 7am. Casting Call locations will take place at a minimum of two (2) locations TBD. Contestants must arrive at the casting call location no later than the specified time. c. ADMINSTRATOR is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete or late entries. All entries become the property of ADMINISTRATOR and contestants give ADMINISTRATOR permission to use entries and recorded auditions for promotional purposes. Contestant entries will not be returned.
d. Contestants may submit only one audition video.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The contest is open to all WYCD listeners who are 21 years of age or older as of May 1, 2008 and who reside in the State of Michigan. Employees of ADMINISTRATOR, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Detroit metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win.
b. Listeners are eligible to win a WYCD contest only once every thirty (30) days. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six (6) months. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest.
c. All casting call contestants must sign a release form and show a valid government-issued Michigan photo identification card in order to participate.

3. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a. Decisions of ADMINISTRATOR with respect to the contest are final.

b. SEMI-FINALIST AND FINALIST SELECTION. Each “Backstage Insider” casting call participant will be asked to answer the same three (3) questions prior to their one-minute audition: their name, where they are from, and why they want to be The Backstage Insider. Participants will have one (1) minute to respond to the questions, and any portion of the response that exceeds one minute will be ignored for judging purposes. All responses will be recorded. On June 23, 2008, at approximately 12:00pm a team of judges selected by ADMINISTRATOR will review each audition video and will select the twenty-five (25) semi-finalists whose auditions are deemed the best based on originality, creativity, likeability and showmanship. Semi-finalists will be notified via telephone on June 24, 2008. The audition videos of the twenty-five (25) semi-finalists will then be posted on www.WYCD.com from June 23, 2008 at 7am ET through July 1, 2008, at 11:59pm ET for online voting purposes (the “Voting Period”). Website visitors will be able to vote for their favorite semi-finalist during the Voting Period. Each semi-finalist will be awarded points based on the number of online votes they received during the Voting Period. The semi-finalist that receives the most votes will receive 25 points, the semi-finalist with the second highest number of votes will receive 24 points, and so on, until the semi-finalist with the fewest number of votes receives 1 point. Points will also be awarded based on the ranking of the semi-finalists by the ADMINISTRATOR’S panel of judges using the same criteria used to select the 25 semi-finalists. The semi-finalist ranked first by the judges will receive 25 points, the semi-finalist ranked second by the judges will receive 24 points, and so on, until the semi-finalist ranked last by the judges receives 1 point. The five (5) semi-finalists with the highest combined number of points based on online voting and panel ranking will be named a finalist. In the event of a tie between two or more semi-finalists, the semi-finalist with the higher number of points based on online voting will prevail. A coin toss will break any remaining ties. The five (5) finalists will be notified via phone on Friday, July 4, 2008 between 8am and 5pm ET. Finalists who cannot be reached by 5:30pm ET on Tuesday, July 9, 2008 or who cannot participate in the finals portion of this contest for any reason will be disqualified and replaced by the semi-finalist who received the next highest number of votes. Each of the five (5) finalists will be given one (1) concert to work backstage. Concerts will be assigned to each finalist by random selection. Any finalist unable to work his or her assigned concert for the entire day, or who shows up late for whatever reason will be disqualified. Each concert will take place at one of the following venues – DTE Energy Music Theater, The Palace of Auburn Hills or Meadowbrook Music Theatre -- between July -September 2008, with the exact locations and dates to be announced on WYCD and posted on www.WYCD.com. Finalists will be videotaped as they work their selected concert, and will be assigned duties such as, but not necessarily limited to, obtaining items for artist dressing room, working production backstage, making transportation arrangements for artists, and assisting with artist sound check.

c. GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION. After each finalist has worked their concert, video footage of their work will be posted on www.WYCD.com for final voting beginning at 7am ET on September 11, 2008 through 11:59pm ET on September 23, 2008 (the “Final Voting Period”). The video footage will be approximately five minutes in length, and will show the finalists performing their backstage tasks at the concert. ADMINISTRATOR will select the five minutes of video footage for each finalist and edit the footage for website posting as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Website visitors will vote during the Final Voting Period on which finalist they believe did the best job working backstage at their concert. Each finalist will be awarded points based on the number of online votes they received during the Final Voting Period. The finalist with the most votes will receive 5 points, the finalist with the second highest number of votes will receive 4 points, and so on, until the finalist with the fewest number of votes receives 1 point. Points will also be awarded based on the ranking of the finalists by the ADMINISTRATOR’S panel of judges based on originality, creativity, likeability and showmanship. The finalist ranked first by the judges will receive 5 points, the finalist ranked second by the judges will receive 4 points, and so on, until the finalist ranked last by the judges receives 1 point. The finalist with the highest combined number of points based on online voting and panel ranking will be the grand prize winner. In the event of a tie between two or more finalists, the finalist with the higher number of points based on online voting will prevail. A coin toss will break any remaining ties.
d. All five (5) finalists will be required to attend the Season Finale party at WYCD Studio at 8:00am ET on September 25, 2008, where the grand prize winner will be announced. If the grand prize winner is not present at the Season Finale party by the grand prize winner will forfeit the grand prize and the finalist with the second highest number of points will be deemed the grand prize winner.

e. ADMINISTRATOR is not responsible for difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches that may affect access to audition videos, finalist videos or on-line voting.
f. Winner must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within (10) days of notification or grand prize will be forfeited and an alternate grand prize winner may be chosen by Judges by taking the runner up with the second amount of most votes from WYCD.
