1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Red, White, and Blue Experience Contest (the “Contest”) will begin on Friday, April 4, 2008 and end on October 2, 2008 (the “Contest Period”).

To participate in the Contest, visit the Toby Trailer at the locations listed below on the date and at the time indicated. Additional locations may be added during the Contest Period and will be announced on air.

b. Complete an entry form by typing in your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and date of birth on the computer located inside the Toby Trailer. A person may enter as many times as they would like, but they can only qualify once during the Contest Period.

c. All entries must be received by October 2, 2008

d. WYCD is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete, or untimely entries. WYCD is also not responsible for entries not received due to service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Contest is open to all U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older, who reside in the Greater Detroit metropolitan area, and who possess a valid Michigan driver's license at the time of execution of the Contest. Employees of WYCD and the Metro Detroit Ford Dealers, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Detroit metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

b. To be eligible to win the Grand Prize vehicle lease, the Grand Prize winner (i) must possess a valid Michigan driver’s license, (ii) must be able to meet Ford Credit requirements prior to acceptance of the prize lease, and (iii) must have proof of or be able to obtain automobile liability insurance and any other state automobile insurance requirements prior to taking possession of the leased vehicle.

c. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station Contest. Listeners are eligible to win a Station Contest only once every thirty (30) days. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six (6) months.

d. Winner must sign and return any required Ford affidavit or Eligibility and/or Publicity/Liability Release.

3. PRIZES

a. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is the balance of the a two-year lease (that began on March 27, 2008) on a 2008 Ford F-350 XLT Super Cab (VIN # 1FTWX31568ED79733). Approximate value of remaining balance of lease: $9,351. Mileage is limited to 12,000 miles per year. The mileage is on a pro-rated basis. Winner will be liable for $.20 per mile overage and any damage to the vehicle other than normal wear and tear at the end of the lease period, which is March 10, 2010. All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

b. Winner must be able to pass a credit check sufficient to the terms and conditions as established by the Sponsor prior to taking possession of the vehicle. Grand Prize winner will be solely responsible for any car title, tax, tags, proof of insurance, license and registration fees, emissions inspection, freight, delivery, dealer prep, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle. Prize winner must provide proof of valid insurance, a valid Michigan driver’s license to take delivery. Delivery must take place on November 17, 2008. All obligations must be met before the winner takes possession of the vehicle. The winner will accept the chosen prize vehicle “as is”. Station and Sponsor accept no responsibility for repairing any real or supposed damage to the prize vehicle from this Contest. If the Grand Prize is not available at the end of the Contest, a substitution of equal or greater value will be made by WYCD or Sponsor. Neither WYCD nor the other Sponsor have made or are responsible in any manner for any warranties, representations or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Grand Prize vehicle including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, with the exception of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may apply to the vehicle. Any additional vehicle options not specified herein are subject to availability and will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. In the event that the is not able to obtain valid automobile insurance or does not hold a valid Michigan driver’s license, is unable to meet the requirements of the credit check or any other eligibility requirements, they will forfeit the prize and another random winner will be chosen from the pool of entries received.

c. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of WYCD, 26555 Evergreen, Ste. 675, Southfield, MI 48076. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within fifteen (15) days of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. WYCD is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

d. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of WYCD management with respect to the Contest are final.

b. Selection of Qualifiers. Six (6) Contest entries will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received at each of the listed locations. The person who submitted each selected entry will be named a Qualifier. The names of all Qualifiers will be posted on www.wycd.com. WYCD will also contact the qualifiers via telephone. A total minimum of 200 Qualifiers will be selected.

c. Grand Prize Event: On November 15, 2008, all Qualifiers will be invited to participate in the Grand Prize Event. Qualifiers must arrive at a location that will be announced by the station and be registered by 7:00 PM ET to participate in the event. Qualifiers who fail to register on a timely basis will be automatically disqualified from the Grand Prize event. No stand-ins or proxies will be allowed. As they register, each Qualifier will randomly pick a number between 1 and to the total number of participating. Qualifiers to determine their place in line. At approximately 6 PM EST, all eligible Qualifiers will form a line depending on the number they selected when registering. Once in line, beginning with the first person in line (who received the number 1), each Qualifier will be given an envelope corresponding to their number inside which is a vehicle key. In order, each Qualifier will attempt to start the prize vehicle with the key inside their envelope. The first Qualifier whose key starts the prize vehicle will be deemed the Grand Prize winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, and the Contest will end immediately. In the event that none of the keys are able to start the Grand Prize vehicle, the Grand Prize winner will be determined in a random drawing of all participating Qualifiers present at the Grand Prize Event.

d. Grand Prize winner must be present at the Grand Prize event in order to win the Grand Prize.

e. Odds of an Qualifier winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of participating Qualifiers. The maximum number of Qualifiers is 400.

f. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within ten (10) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate will be selected randomly from the group of qualifiers.

g. If the Grand prize winner refuses the prize, WYCD will randomly draw another winner from all the qualifying entries received.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Failure to provide an accurate and complete Social Security Number, is a violation of federal law and will result in forfeiture of prize

b. By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, WYCD in its sole discretion may require Contest winner to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold WYCD, Ford and the Metro Detroit Ford Dealers, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d. WYCD, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or is otherwise in violation of the rules.

e. WYCD reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of WYCD, the Grand Prize Event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, WYCD reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of WYCD.

g. WYCD is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

h. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WYCD, 26555 Evergreen, Ste. 675, Southfield, MI 48076.
