Star magazine reports that Chambers was recently seen exhibiting some rather odd behavior at a bar in Palm Springs, CA. "He was acting as if he was on drugs, like some kind of downers. His eyes were glazed over. He slurred his words and staggered when he tried to walk," said one witness. "At one point, he was hunched over a table, then abruptly woke up and shouted out of the blue, 'I am a father of five kids! I am a damn good father! Leave me alone!' It was really unsettling."  Another witness claims that the married actor was also seen hitting on a waitress, who showed absolutely no interest in him. It's 10 times better than it was, and it started off great."  Rehearsals for the movie start next month, and filming begins in May. After living in L.A. for awhile, Cyrus was so excited to return to his farm that he wrote a song, titled "Back To Tennessee," that will be included in the Hannah Montana film, and is the tentative theme song for Nashville Star, which Billy Ray begins hosting in June.
