99.5 WYCD is pleased to welcome the 2009 American Saturday Night Tour featuring Brad Paisley, with special guests Dierks Bentley, and Jimmy Wayne to DTE Energy Music Theatre on Friday, July 10th! Part of the Belle Tire concert series!

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4th at palacenet.com, and all Ticketmaster locations.

So why is it called the American Saturday Night Tour, if it's on Friday? Brad Paisley's new album American Saturday Night is set for release June 30th!

Superstar Brad Paisley is on a roll, with nine consecutive #1 singles to his credit, and with fans ready for more, Paisley is set to release his new album, American Saturday Night, on June 30. The disc marks Paisley’s eighth studio album, including a holiday collection and his most recent release, last year’s mostly-instrumental excursion: the chart-topping Play.

American Saturday Night re-teams Paisley with longtime producer Frank Rogers, with whom he’s worked since the release of his million-selling debut, Who Needs Pictures.

The first single from American Saturday Night “Then,” co-written by Paisley, Chris DuBois, and Ashley Gorley – was unveiled during an invitation-only performance for an enthusiastic audience of industry movers & shakers gathered in Nashville for the annual Country Radio Seminar.

Paisley’s performance of “Then” drew waves of post-show praise from the assembled radio music mavens, as the best song Brad has ever done!

A GRAMMY-winning instrumentalist and the reigning, two-time ACM and CMA Male Vocalist winner with 13 career #1 singles to his credit, Paisley has amassed album sales in excess of 10 million units, including his 2x-Platinum 2005 ACM and CMA Album of the Year, Time Well Wasted!

Hot on the heels of his number one smash hit "Feel That Fire," country music star Dierks Bentley is back for more with the release of the album's second single "Sideways."

"I did a lot of research in pubs across the U.S. and Europe to get this song just right,"  laughs Bentley. "My band almost died of hypothermia a few weeks ago doing research out on my houseboat in freezing weather. It was the only way to make sure it would sound good out in party cove this spring! Seriously, a lot of thought and Bud Light went into choosing this song as the second single."

Bentley's fourth album FEEL THAT FIRE debuted at number one on the Billboard Country Albums chart.

The Valory Music Co.’s Jimmy Wayne locked his 2nd consecutive hit from his new album, Do You Believe Me Now.

“I Will,” a sweeping, romantic ballad of unconditional love, climbed into the Top 20 on the Billboard/ RR Country Singles Chart, continuing its ascent.

Wayne, Country music’s newest heartthrob, is also the format’s comeback story of 2008. "Do You Believe Me Now,” the title track from his first new album in almost five years, hit the top of the charts and held onto the #1 spot for three weeks. His new album saw a Top 5 debut on the Billboard Country Album Chart, making him the best-selling male artist that week.

Wayne was named People magazine’s first-ever “Hot Guy of the Month” in the August 2008 issue of People’s Country Special. He was named one of the TV Guide Channel’s “Sexy Stars of Country in 2008,” and was honored when Billboard magazine wrote that the release of his new album “heralds the arrival of the country format's next major star.”

Wayne has a musical track record that includes a string of hits on the Country charts including “Stay Gone” (#3); “I Love You This Much” (#6); and the Top 20 hits “Paper Angels” and “You Are,” all co-written by Wayne. He has been featured on CMT, GAC Opry Live, Fox News Channel, E! Entertainment, TV Guide Channel, The Daily Buzz, the 42nd Annual Country Music Awards, the ABC Family Channel and the Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon as well as in the pages of Country Weekly, The Washington Times, The Tennessean, Billboard, Radio & Records, Cowboys & Indians and People magazine. In addition, Wayne was deemed one of music’s “Next Big Things” by USA Today and was named one of People magazine’s “Sexiest Singers” in 2003.
