Each Classic Country Sunday features songs that were #1 this same week in history. We look up songs that hit the charts for the first time and went on to become big hits. We recognize birthdays, anniversaries, and other events in country music history. On top of that we pick a theme to make every show unique. Mike Williams hosts 99.5 WYCD's Classic Country Sunday Morning! He likes to take your phone calls and plays some requests. You can come up with songs that fit the week's theme or request a song you just have to hear. Mike will help you figure out the name of a song or who sings it. If you can remember some of the words, call him for help!
Make your request by phone or e-mail then tune in and listen for the songs that today's country stars grew up listening to!
