Well, it's the beginning of a new chapter for me right now; I've just graduated from Central Michigan University! I had the chance to study Broadcast and Cinematic Arts, as well as Theatre. Amongst TV shows and musicals, I fell head-over-heels in love with radio at our school station, and here I am now! When I'm not at 99.5 WYCD, I work as a voice actress with my own home-recording studio. It's very fun -- I love doing voice work!
In my spare time, my favorite thing to do is go to the movies with my boyfriend. I also enjoy roller-blading, going to baseball games (whoo! Go Tigers!!!) dancing, hanging out with friends, oh! and I love baking! Next to voice-work, confectionery treats are my specialty! :)
I'm so excited to be working with all the amazing people at 99.5 WYCD, and to have great listeners like you!

Listening from Hawaii
Hello to all in the Motor City! I am listening live from Honolulu, Hawaii. I just moved here from MIchigan in July and am sad because Hawaii only has one country station and it is on the island of Maui. Needles to say, I don't receive their transmissions. Listening in Middlesbrough, England.
I'm a former Michigander, having grown up in Birmingham. Never had Country in detroit when I was a kid (I'm a Baby Boomer). How things have gotten better. ideas for next year
Something to keep in mind for next year maybe, add your own twist to a costume or character - instead of just a normal tinkerbell, maybe wear a pink outfit and be, "pinkerbell"! haha- or dress up as a favorite singer or actor, that way you can be a little more original with what you wear and it's fun, too!
